Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK in 1998, Nicola has worked in the funds industry since 1999 in both the Cayman Islands and since 2003 in Gibraltar. After qualification, Nicola worked for PwC in the Cayman Islands auditing funds and then later moving into liquidating funds. Nicola moved to a Private Bank as financial controller and then to Gibraltar. Nicola is the CEO of both Helvetic Fund Administration Limited and Fidux Trust Company Limited and represents the companies on the board with the Gibraltar Funds and Investment Association. Nicola is active in the development of the funds industry in Gibraltar and sits on many different committees and associations in order to promote the jurisdiction.
Nigel is a Chartered Certified Accountant and has a BSc honours degree in Accounting and Spanish. He joined Helvetic Fund Administration in 2005 as a manager and became a director in 2014. Prior to Helvetic Fund Administration he worked with Deloitte Limited in Gibraltar for four years in their audit department where he was involved in auditing companies in the banking, investment fund and company management sectors amongst others. Nigel has over 12 years of experience in fund administration. He is currently the Operations Director of Helvetic Fund Administration and sits on the board of other HFFT Group companies which provide fiduciary services to companies.
Ms Neumayer has headed up the Fidux Vienna office since its inception in 2002. Fidux Austria was established to set-up, administer and manage Austrian holding structures for international corporate and individual clients. Julianna's team have solid experience in establishing and supporting structures in particular for South American clients and investments schemes in Eastern Europe. Julianna Neumayer studied Hospitality Management in Salzburg and International Business Administration at the Universities of Innsbruck, Austria and Alcala de Henares, Spain. Julianna's career started with the international corporate tax department of KPMG in Vienna. She initially joined Fidux in London before opening the Vienna office in 2002.
On moving to Gibraltar in 2002 and prior to joining Helvetic and Fidux in 2008 Charles was responsible for operational management of a large fiduciary and law firm. Having qualified as a Chartered Insurer his career in the UK was in financial services, holding a number of senior positions in large corporate firms focusing specifically on operational management. Charles's current role is a Director of Helvetic and Fidux with particular responsibilities for corporate governance, compliance and risk management. Other positions held are an Executive Committee member of the Gibraltar Association of Compliance Officers (GACO), chair of the Training Committee, and a specialist member of the Institute of Risk Management.
